The police found piles of wood for fire, cut illegally, the 51-year-old man is prosecuted and the amount of wood is seized.

The Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Pogradec Police Station, in cooperation with the specialists of the IMT, Tirana, following checks supported by informational intelligence, for the identification, prevention and attack of the activity of cutting wood, in an illegal manner, have identified another case in this field.

For this case, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in free status for the citizen L. I., 51 years old, resident in Pogradec.

The 51-year-old had stacked 48 m³ of wood for fire, allegedly cut illegally by him, in the place called "Bozhiq".

The amount of wood was seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Korça, for further actions
