Weather brings surprises, drastic change. Here are the areas expecting storms and thunderstorms

After several days of stable weather and mild temperatures, the sun is expected to give way to rain.

According to the Institute of Geosciences, the change in atmospheric conditions will begin on Thursday at midday, starting in the southern part of the country, while on Friday the rain will spread across the entire territory.

Meteorologists forecast that in the northern districts such as Shkodra, Lezha, and Kukës, as well as in the south, including Gjirokastër and Vlorë, rainfall will be moderate and accompanied by thunderstorms. In other parts of the country, light and sporadic rain is expected.

In Tirana, rain will begin on Friday morning and will be light but continuous until midday, while in the afternoon it will become more localized.

The unstable weather is expected to gradually end over the weekend. Saturday is predicted to bring breaks in the rain in some areas, including the capital, while light and local rain will still occur in the south.

On Sunday, weather conditions are expected to stabilize, with sunny days returning in most parts of the country.
