The flow of entries from Greece into Albania continues to remain high at the Kapshtica Border Crossing Point.
According to reports, in the last 24 hours alone, 4,808 citizens have entered Albania from the neighboring country, mainly Albanians who live and work in Greece, while 2,431 citizens have exited.
To cope with the increasing flow of migrants, the Border Police are operating with four counters for entry and three counters for exit, including a dedicated lane for heavy vehicles and buses.
A similar situation is reported at the Qafë Thana Border Crossing Point, where the flow remains high both for entry and exit. Over the past 24 hours, 3,260 citizens have entered and 3,177 citizens have exited.
At the entry point, border authorities are working with four counters in order to avoid queues and speed up procedures.
