Specialists from the Crime Investigation Unit of the Korçë Police Commissariat referred case files to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against the following individuals:

* O. B., 33, and K. S., 27, residents of Korçë, for allegedly insulting police officers and refusing to comply with orders to be taken to the station during a check at a bar in Neighborhood 7, Korçë, related to the closure of music at the venue.

I. M., 43, resident of Korçë, for allegedly threatening his cohabiting partner on social media, in violation of a court order, while she is under protective measures.

E. Z., 34, resident of Korçë, for being caught transporting firewood without a permit near the village of Leshnjë, Korçë. The vehicle and the wood were seized as evidence.

Specialists from the Crime Investigation Unit of the Maliq Police Commissariat referred case files to the Prosecutor’s Office against M. Ç., 33, resident of Pojan, Maliq, for allegedly committing physical violence against his brother-in-law.

The procedural materials have been submitted to the Korçë Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
