This is the condition of the walls and facilities where the citizens of Korçë are treated every day. A pavilion that should represent hope and healing currently presents unacceptable conditions, with dampness, crumbling plaster, and spaces far below any standard.

Heart patients need care, dignity, and proper conditions—not to spend their days and nights among deteriorated and unsafe walls.

I call on the responsible institutions to take urgent action for the reconstruction of the cardiology pavilion. The health of citizens cannot wait and must never be a victim of negligence or empty promises.
