POLICE/ A 40-year-old in Korçë found a knife in his car and got into trouble. Fistfight and baseball bat clash in Pogradec!

The case was also referred to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against E. N., 40, resident of Korçë, after a cutting tool (knife) was found in his vehicle during a search. The knife was seized as material evidence.

The Pogradec Police Commissariat referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against L. D., 51, and O. Xh., 39, residents of Pogradec. It is alleged that the 51-year-old struck a 60-year-old with fists over minor motives, while the 39-year-old was found near the 60-year-old’s residence carrying a baseball bat.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
