POLICE/ Criminal proceedings in Devoll and Pogradec. Here’s what happened!

The services of the Pogradec Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen F. M., 38 years old, resident of the village of Udënisht, as he is suspected of hitting a 47-year-old with a hard object (a piece of wood), over weak motives.

The services of the Devoll Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen G. D., 37 years old, resident of Devoll, as he refused to comply with the order of a Police officer to present the vehicle’s documentation.

The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction Korçë, for further action.
