SKËNDERBEU / Two players are on loan and will return. Another player is expected to come back. Here is who is returning to Korça

While Skënderbeu are still in the early days of their break, the club’s management has no intention of resting, as they have already started thinking about building the new Skënderbeu squad for the Superliga.

For several days now, there has been talk in football circles in the southeast about the new coach, but the club’s presidency has not yet made an official statement to reveal the name of the man who will lead the team in the top division.

On the other hand, it has been decided that part of the players who were with the team in the First Division will remain, and the club has identified its best performers, including Marko Alia and others, in order to begin renewing contracts.

Another issue concerns players who are currently on loan, with the first two expected to return being Bismark and Ardit Nikaj. Both forwards, who were part of the team when it played in the Superliga, still have contracts with Skënderbeu.

Bismark, who played for Vllaznia, will return to Skënderbeu on June 30 when his loan ends. On the same date, Nikaj’s loan in Poland also expires, and both players are expected to continue with Skënderbeu.

Another player who does not have a contract but is expected to return and wear the red-and-white shirt again is midfielder Dean Liço. The Korça-born player, currently playing in Turkey, will be out of contract at the end of the season, and the doors at Skënderbeu remain open for him. Liço is highly valued in the southeast, and his return is eagerly awaited, as he is considered a very important player in midfield.
