The housing rehabilitation project continues with 39 new interventions in Maliq

The implementation of the new phase of the housing rehabilitation project will begin in the period July-August 2025 and will last for two years. This project, a result of collaboration between the Ministry of Economy, Culture, and Innovation and the Municipality of Maliq, aims to improve living conditions for citizens in need.

In this new phase, an additional 39 homes will be rehabilitated, bringing the total number of interventions completed so far to 260. The project includes not only the physical rehabilitation of buildings but also improvements to the surrounding infrastructure, to ensure better living conditions and a safer environment for residents.

This commitment is part of a sustainable social housing policy aimed at supporting people in need every day and providing assistance to those who require it most. Priority remains with low-income families, persons with disabilities, the elderly, and other vulnerable groups.

The Ministry of Economy, Culture, and Innovation, in cooperation with local authorities, continues to invest in projects that directly impact citizens' quality of life and support the social and infrastructural development of the most needy areas.
