97 accidents in February, an increase compared to a year earlier: Drivers remain the main culprits
During the month of February, 97 road accidents were recorded in the country, in which 125 people were involved, including both fatalities and injuries. This marks an increase compared to February 2025, when there were 88 accidents with 122 injured. According to the Institute of Statistics, during the past month, 86.6% of accidents occurred due to the behavior of drivers. In terms of age groups, those most involved in accidents are individuals aged 25–34, accounting for 27.8%
